Registration for the Fall 2010 Wait List will be open through July 18, 2010.
Please read the information below carefully.
Costs: Cost per player is $100.00 ($90 PSA fee, $10 park district fee) with a $250.00 limit per immediate family for the recreational program only, not including the park district fees. Visa and Mastercard are accepted through a secured site when registering online. Checks also accepted for payment for registration online. Please make your check payable to PSA. There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
Registration Dates: Registration will be open online from April 19, 2010 through June 13, 2010. Registrations received after June 13th but before July 12th will be placed on our wait list with no guarantee of placement on a team. There is an additional $5.00 late fee charged per participant.
ALL MAIL IN registrations - there is a $5.00 handling fee for each mail-in registration.
Registration Requirements: Payment for online registrations may be made by credit card or check. Please note, registrations are not complete until payment is made. Also, if your child is NEW to the PSA program, the registration will not be complete until a copy of the player’s birth certificate is received. Please note, a government issued birth certificate must be supplied. We cannot accept a hospital copy.
Uniform: PSA will provide a jersey that the player will keep at the end of the season. Players are required to wear black shorts, black socks and shin guards, which can be purchased through your local sporting goods stores. Soccer cleats (no front toe cleat) or gym shoes are to be worn. For player safety, unprotected eyeglasses may not be worn. Players may either wear prescription sports goggles or sports goggles over glasses. The wearing of jewelry (earings, rings, necklaces, watches...), hard casts and any items deemed harmful by the referees are strictly prohibited during games. Please see the rule book on our website for specific details on equipment.
Tentative Schedule: The fall season is scheduled to start on August 28th and will end October 30th. The U5 through U8 divisions and the U12 and U14 boys divisions will play at Van Horn Woods. The U10 divisions and the U1214 girls divisions will play at Renwick Community Park. The U12 and U14 boys divisions will play against PSA teams as well as teams from surrounding towns. Each U12 and U14 team will play a few of their games away.
REFUND POLICY:
$20 is non-refundable at the time of registration. Mail-in and late fees are non-refundable and are in addition to the $20. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN AFTER THE FIRST GAME OF THE SEASON.
AGE REQUIREMENTS: Children must be at least 4, but not older than 13 years of age by July 31, 2010.

YOUR COACH WILL CONTACT YOU by phone or email before the season starts. Please check the website for updates and season-specific information. PSA cannot guarantee the placement of your child on a specific team, unless you volunteer and are chosen to be the coach.
