PSA is processing background checks for all volunteer recreational coaches online through a secure weblink.  Please click here to access the website to enter information that will enable PSA to process a background check. 

Coaches only need to enter their information one time for the first season of the soccer year they are coaching (fall, winter or spring).

You will find all sorts of relevant forms on this page that are required to play travel soccer or recreation soccer for PSA.   The PSA Parent Code of Conduct must be read and signed by each player’s legal guardian prior to participating in any activity for PSA.
