Fall '08 recreational registration has closed for the season
PSA closed the wait list registration for the Fall '08 recreation season at the end of the day on Sunday, July 13th. Online registration for the winter indoor season will be available approximately August 25th. Please check back then.
Recreational player notification for the fall season
Fall '08 recreational players should expect to be contacted by their coaches by email or phone call sometime shortly after August 4th with information pertaining to the upcoming fall season. If you have not heard from a coach by August 14th, please contact us at 815-439-7227 or psa@plainfieldsoccer.org and we will provide your coach's contact information to you.
All recreation head and assistant coaches need to register online for a background check
New this season, PSA is using a secure weblink for coaches to access to provide PSA information to run a background check.
The process is simple and will only take a few minutes. Anyone coaching in any capacity only needs to complete the online form once in the first season of our soccer year they are coaching which runs from Fall ’08 to Spring ’09. Please click on the "Forms" link to the left for access to the online system for background checks.
The information should be entered prior to our fall coaches meeting which is scheduled for Monday, August 4th at 7:00 p.m. at the Van Horn Woods pavilion.

PSA sets dates for Summer Camps
Plainfield Soccer Association has set dates for this year's summer camps. The camp brochure and online registration is now available for download. All camps are organized by Plainfield Soccer Association's professional staff and coached by them as well. There are two different summer camps, one for the Mini Legends (5-7 year olds) and one for the PSA Recreational players (8-14 year olds). There will be limited spaces available for both camps. PSA/Legends Yard Signs Available for Sale
Show your pride with your child’s involvement in PSA or the Legends program. Now available for order are the popular signs that are displayed in front yards. We have both the PSA and Legends logos available. All signs are hand painted and weather-proof. Your player’s name and/or number can be added for no additional charge.

PSA Mission Statement
The Plainfield Soccer Association is committed to providing a high quality developmental and competitive youth soccer program. The purpose is to develop each player's ability to their fullest potential, PSA will provide the best opportunity to play in a supportive and rewarding atmosphere that emphasizes having a love and a respect for the game of soccer. Players will be put in the best places to succeed and learn at levels that fit their ability, but also a place which will create the greatest number of challenges to them in order to reach their potential.
PSA was formed over twenty years ago, as a not-for-profit volunteer organization. We currently sanction 29 competitive (traveling) soccer teams and provide recreational Fall, Winter (indoor) and Spring programs for over 3800 participants.
