RESTORE ILLINOIS - PHASE 4 RETURN TO PLAY

1. All players, coaches, parents and event attendees should take their temperature prior to leaving for practice or a game and stay home if a temperature is over 100.4 degrees.  Once you arrive to the fields, please practice social distancing.  Any person who is feeling ill, will be prohibited from attending the event/venue of play.

2.  No pre or post game hand shakes/fist bumps will be allowed.

3. Players must bring an individual water bottle clearly labeled with their name.

4.  Teams may not use team benches.  When players are on the sidelines, players should sit 6 feet from each other.

5. It is encouraged to please keep attendance to immediate family only!   Families may sit together but must be 6 feet apart from other spectators.

6.  Anyone who tests positive for Covid-19 must quarantine for at least 14 days and not show any signs or symptoms of Covid-19, have no fever for at least 72 hours without fever- reducing medication or have 2 negative COVID-19 tests in a row with testing being done at least 24 hours apart and submit to the Organization prior to returning to activity a signed written clearance from a medical doctor showing that the person has been cleared to participate.

7. We encourage parents to supply their players with antibacterial wipes and hand sanitizer for cleaning hands before and after games.

8. Players are allowed to wear mask items if they choose.

9. Players and spectators should leave the field immediately following conclusion of the match

10. Players should arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the start of their game (unless it is the first game of the day).  This is to allow enough time for the players and spectators from the prior game to be able to leave the fields.

Participants should use their own equipment when possible and properly sanitize the equipment after every training session.  PSA encourages players to bring their own soccer balls to practice.
